Robyn Monahan’s fashion sense grew during her childhood in beautiful and exciting Coconut Grove and South Beach, but her training came from hard work in the Fashion Industry of Chicago and New York. In 1990, she transitioned from Fashion to Interior Fashion Design. She then trained at Marshall Fields (now Macy’s), traveling to see the manufacturing of high-end interior products. After returning to South Florida, a position at one of the top showrooms of the Design Center of Americas taught her the other side of the industry – especially recent advances in furniture and fabric design.

The daughter of Gene Simm (a South Florida engineer who built Miami's roads systems as Dade County’s Traffic and Transportation Director), Robyn has deep roots in Old Florida, yet a thoroughly modern sense of design. Growing up around building and creating (her brother is still a builder in Florida), Robyn is comfortable with change and technology, yet understands that styles must be timeless and comfortable.

An independent interior designer for 6 years, Robyn’s new clients come primarily by referral. A member of the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce, Robyn lives and works in Delray Beach.
